So more dreaming. I don’t want to be leasing office space as of now, but I’ve had some inquiries for studio time. With all the virus fun, everything is on hold now, but gives an opportunity for planning ahead. While not exactly pretty, my basement makes for a good option with the concrete walls and solid subfloor. The problem is boys, furnance, and sump pump etc…

I’m considering one of these, and in this size, could handle a guitar and vocal, two vocalists, and my Roland XP-80 keyboard (not all at the same time of course at 4’x6′). I’m still research options, but this is looking good. It’s the $7k when all is said and done that’s tough to swallow.
